Impact Deal, the data-driven acceleration program designed to support innovative European businesses with a positive social and environmental impact, has officially unveiled the 29 ventures chosen for its third edition.
This year’s call attracted remarkable interest, with 129 applications from 25 different countries. The evaluation process required rigorous screening. Of the applications, 43% came from Italy, while the remaining 57% represented international startups and businesses, highlighting Impact Deal’s growing global appeal and the urgency of the issues it addresses.
The 29 selected ventures span a wide range of sectors, from energy to mobility, sustainability, and solutions aimed at improving inclusion and personal well-being. They all share a common mission: leveraging data-driven innovation to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges.
Impact Deal is founded and promoted by Fondazione CRT and OGR Torino, managed by TOP-IX, and guided by the scientific expertise of ISI Foundation. A key partner in the initiative is Microsoft, which has supported the program since its inception. The third edition also benefits from collaboration with prominent Impact & Ecosystem Partners, including Ashoka, Impact Hub, Impact Europe, DIHP, Mesap Innovation Cluster, and Torino Social Impact.
Additionally, the program is enriched by the contributions of its Data Club Members—Advaneo GmbH, Almawave, Città di Torino, Cuebiq, Open Data Hub, Planet Smart City, Banca Sella, Tim, and Windtre—who provide data and expertise to support the participating businesses in their growth journey.
“This year, we witnessed extraordinary participation, both in terms of the quantity and quality of applications,” said Christian Racca, Program Manager of Impact Deal. “The selected ventures embody our vision of a better world, where innovation is not just an opportunity but a shared responsibility.”
