Peering
TOP-IX provides its Members and Partners access to the distributed Layer 2 Internet Exchange platform to establish Internet peering agreements with third parties connected directly or indirectly to its backbone.
Transport
The Transport services allow for the implementation of point-to-point or multipoint connections for private needs (e.g., backhauling) for Members and entities connected to the Consortium’s infrastructure.
Marketplace
The Marketplace services are designed to enable the sale of services (IP Transit, Dedicated Access to Cloud, Ethernet, security, etc.) to other Consortium Members directly connected to the TOP-IX platform.
Development and Innovation
Our approach to innovation is defined as “Hand-on” and “Bits-on”, relying on a “hard” infrastructure composed of network, cloud computing, platforms, and “soft” components such as skills, data, and national and international partnerships.
Training
In a rapidly changing world, it is essential to update skills to cope with transformations. TOP-IX, with its extensive experience, is committed to anticipating the needs of the workforce by offering specific training courses.
Time as a Service
Synchronization service offered by TOP-IX to its members and primary partners. It involves the dissemination of the time signal certified by INRiM through the fiber optic infrastructure managed by TOP-IX.
Streaming
With a dedicated platform, we provide “turnkey” streaming services, offering equipment and technical expertise.
Our team consists of videomakers, photographers, directors, streaming technicians, system administrators, journalists, and event managers.
