\nThe project is built on two main pillars: the InterCloud Exchange Foundation (ICX) and the Computing Exchange Market (CEM). The ICX serves as a consensus forum for defining and agreeing upon open-source frameworks for infrastructure federation. These frameworks are then supported and implemented within the Computing Exchange Market, a platform designed to enable the exchange and visibility of resources and services, adopting the solutions agreed and defined within the ICX.
