Organized by Weco with the support of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and the Turin Chamber of Commerce, under the umbrella of Torino Social Impact, the initiative has been fostering connections for 15 years between young digital creatives and businesses or organizations looking to add value through these skills. Once again this year, <strong>the TOP-IX Consortium is proud to be among the event&#8217;s partners<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The competition is open to works and products created over the last 24 months, either commissioned or self-produced. Submissions are open-themed across four categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul id=\"block-d5905e7c-e464-4461-b989-8f9ed5ba2dad\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Live action &amp; Animation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visual &amp; Graphic design,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaming, augmented reality &amp; virtual reality,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web, app, social.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participating in and winning the Faber competition allows\u00a0<strong>under-35 digital creatives<\/strong>\u00a0to access the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fabermeeting.it\/il-programma-del-faber-meeting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fabermeeting<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0This provides opportunities to take part in workshops, talks, networking sessions with partner companies, paid experiences within these businesses, and to receive support for projects across various fields, including live action, visual design, augmented reality, virtual reality, apps, and social media. Candidates can apply individually or in groups (where at least 80% of the members are under 35), submitting a digital creativity project developed over the last 24 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The four categories are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Live action &amp; Animation<\/strong>\u00a0(fiction and documentaries, music videos and promotional videos, 3D or traditional animations, promos, demos, title sequences);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Visual &amp; Graphic design<\/strong>\u00a0(infographics, data visualization, visual identities, corporate identity, branding, packaging);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gaming, augmented reality, and virtual reality<\/strong>\u00a0(video games, augmented or virtual reality applications);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Web, app, social<\/strong>\u00a0(websites, blogs, web platforms, communication projects and business solutions built on web platforms in general, e-commerce models, mobile and tablet apps, digital content for social media).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projects will be evaluated by representatives of the participating institutions and companies, who will select between 6 and 10 works per category.\u00a0<strong>Among the jury members evaluating the submissions will be TOP-IX, represented by Laura Pippinato, Communication Designer &amp; Project Coordinator at TOP-IX.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 2: The Fabermeeting (November 17 \u2013 18, 2023).<\/strong>\u00a0The award-winning young talents will move on to the second phase, the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fabermeeting.it\/il-programma-del-faber-meeting\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fabermeeting<\/a><\/strong>. Over two days in Turin (November 17 and 18), this event brings together a rich program of activities tailored to competition winners, partners, and a wider audience of stakeholders. Amid professional networking sessions, workshops, and talks designed to foster interaction between the winners and initiative partners while driving growth opportunities,\u00a0<strong>TOP-IX will host a workshop titled\u00a0<em>&#8220;Open data, closed data, and shared data: strategies and opportunities to generate value&#8221;<\/em>.
